Moroccan Style Lamb Sample Menu

- Moroccan lamb tagine, whole lamb cooked slowly in the hog roast machine, and added to a homemade tagine sauce served with mini pitta breads
- Moroccan roasted vegetables with a spicy couscous, apricot and chickpea salad
- Summer salad of mixed leaves, mini plum tomatoes, cucumber, marinated black olives, sun blush tomatoes, fresh sliced peaches, pine nuts, feta and fresh basil. Served with a yogurt and pomegranate dressing.

4. Whole harissa (Moroccan spice) roasted chicken
5. Lemon and garlic, roasted new potatoes with a spiced tomato sauce
